Returns & Exchanges

If you have placed an order through our website, please e-mail us at confettiinteriors@gmail.com with your name, order number, and which item(s) you would like to return in order to obtain a return authorization (RA#) and return address. We accept returns within 14 days of purchase instore or delivery. The item(s) must be returned in original condition. Any return that does not meet this requirement will be sent back to the customer, we do not sell used merchandise. Shipping costs are not refundable and Confetti Gift & Party does not cover the shipping cost for returns unless the item arrives damaged. 

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (i.e. fedex, ups, usps) and retain a receipt. Confetti Interiors is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

All requests will be processed after our returns department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Return store credit takes approximately 1-2 weeks to process upon receipt of the item.

If we have had the pleasure of your visit in store, please bring the item(s) and your receipt back to our brick and mortar location within 14 days of purchase. If the items are in saleable condition, we offer exchanges in store for items of equal or lesser value or store credit to be used at your convenience.

For both online and in-store purchases: Sale items, jewelry, and artwork are final sale and not returnable. We do not offer refunds.
